Facebook account got hacked – need help!

When you try to log in to your Facebook account you get a message saying Incorrect Email/Password Combination. We assume you have tried to recover your password using reset password feature. If not, click here to give it a try. If this won’t work there are good chances that your account has been hacked.
Follow these steps to recover your hacked Facebook account:
- Visit http://www.facebook.com/help/contact.php?show_form=hack_nologin_access
- Contact email address: enter your email address, if possible the same email you have registered account with
- Full name on the account: enter your full name on the account so they will be able to verify application
- Network(s) the account belongs to: try provide as many possible networks, including school, work network,…
- Email addresses that may be affiliated with the account: enter the same email you have created Facebook account with
- Your contact email address: use same email as you entered for step #2
- URL (web address link) of the profile page: simply copy/paste URL of your profile
- Description and steps to reproduce the issue: describe how your account got hacked/stolen, try to provide as many additional information as possible
- Submit “My Account Has Been Compromised” form

i was hacked on FB and i canged my password and my home page is blank. i tried to deactivate my account until this is fixed but i was denied acess to do so. i did not realize that i had a virus until i tried to do a system restore and to say the the least everything went wrong. my antivirus is locked down to. could someone please help. thanks

my facebook group of 30000 odd members has been hacked and all admins removed and banned from group..now there are no admins at all.. i have managed to enter back in the group with a different id but how will i be able to regain the admin post and someone tells me that the person who has added the most members will be made admin by facebook, is this true and how will i know etc..my group was hacked yesterday and today there are no admins there,,, first fake ids of some of the admins were made and slowly one by one all hav disappeared..pls help..do i need to take any further action or facebook contact me and how..

My dad hacks through my facebook with these old men from ITT Tech and I have no idea who these men are, I have never met them in my life, and they are hacking through my facebook. I do feel violated and and creeped out because these are old men and my dad is 48 years old. And again, I don’t know who these old men are and I am truly scared because i dont know who these men are. I can see my account through frens fb account, it still there, but when i key in my email and password to login it take me to other people account, before htis it was hacked but i can still recover the accoun..huhu. but when i try to recober using the Identify your account. it show other people picture account, i frusterated, i can not regain my account back. I think maybe FB will provide a better solution for the security like everytime we try to login it will asked for a security numberor a code which we can get by our sms or phone so if our FB account or email get hacked the hacker cannot get the code by email, becaouse we can received the code by our phone, like what Tagged did for security login to other device. It is good, i still trying to regain my account back, almosy a week noy, i try everyday please help me my fb email is “cam2pai@yahoo.com” and my nick name “Sam Deans”. thanks.

The SAME exact thing just happened to me i just came back from a trip for 2 weeks and I had no access to facebook. The hacker made a new email for me and password and I can’t figure anything out after trying so hard. I REALLY dont want to make a new facebook. What did you end up doing?

My boyfriends e-mail AND Facebook accounts have been hacked and passwords changed for each. So……..now he has no access to either account and cannot recover his Facebook account without the associated e-mail login to recover. WTH!! This is insane. How do you prove your you, when the hacker has changed ALL THE INFORMATION ASSOCATED WITH YOU ACCOUNT? Not to mention, they have changed/removed picture and other identifying information. Can’t they just suspend an account that has been hacked?
